Games Day at my School and Others

FloorBall (like this) I participated in Floorball with my team while others took Volleyball,Handball etc.. It was so fun but it was challenging..Look like Captain Ball..When my team get ready to play with other powerful team in Quarter-Final..They were so pro at it...The goalkeeper was behind me and I was in front, helping her to defend the ball. In a blink of it, they won..I was like..... Our class were so beat and cant even to play one more game... Haha..It was so fun.. I thought to myself,"It really relax my mind"
After that, they play badminton, it makes me think of my secondary school life. Badminton was my cca. I really like to play it with my friends..I like Sports and dance alot. It really makes people relieve from stress..
It's good to excerise and keep your body fit and healthy. If you coop up in your room all day, that's bad..(psst..you will get fatter)okok..Go out often and exercise when you have free time.. My previous classmate got 62 kg and now lose weight to 10 kg(52kg) She have been running for 3 km twice a week as she want to get rid off fat..
Remember not to eat too much like junk food.. Eat more healthy food!:)
